Singapore Non-Profit ASEAN ↔ CARICOM

Building durable institutions across two regions.

SPC Global Foundation is a Singapore-incorporated platform bridging ASEAN and CARICOM — supporting healthcare, housing, energy, and partnership in places where they matter most.

Our Mission

A bridge between two regions

SPC Global Foundation supports development across the ASEAN and CARICOM corridors — with discipline, with measurable outcomes, and with respect for the institutions of the people we serve.

We believe small-island and emerging-economy partners deserve more than charity. They deserve durable institutions: clinics that stay open, homes that families own, energy systems that endure, and partnerships that compound across generations.

Our approach is straightforward. We work with sovereign partners, regional development institutions, philanthropic donors, and aligned investors to support programmes that solve a real problem, sustain themselves financially over time, and strengthen — not displace — local capacity.

Source Region

ASEAN

A region rich in capital, technology, and institutional know-how, with a strong tradition of long-horizon investment and effective public-private partnership.

SPC Global
Foundation
Partner Region

CARICOM

A region of small-island democracies with deep development needs, strong sovereign goodwill, and the policy frameworks to make well-designed programmes succeed.

Our Structure

Two entities, one mission

SPC Global Foundation operates through two coordinated entities — a Singapore parent that aggregates catalytic capital from the ASEAN region, and a St. Kitts & Nevis deployment arm that delivers programmes across the CARICOM region. Both work to the same four pillars, the same governance standards, and the same commitment to durable, locally-owned institutions.

Parent Entity

SPC Global Foundation Ltd.

Singapore
Function
Aggregates catalytic capital from across the ASEAN region.
Form
Singapore non-profit company limited by guarantee.
Counterparts
Sovereign wealth, family offices, philanthropic donors, development finance institutions, impact-aligned investors.
Deployment Arm

SPC Global Foundation

St. Kitts & Nevis
Function
Deploys catalytic capital into programmes across the CARICOM region.
Form
St. Kitts & Nevis registered non-profit foundation.
Counterparts
CARICOM sovereign partners, regional institutions, national development banks, local implementing partners and communities.
Both entities operate to the same four pillars, the same independent-governance standards, and the same commitment to programmes that strengthen rather than displace local institutions. Each entity is governed by its own board with full fiduciary responsibility for its operations.
What We Support

Four areas of focused work

SPCGF’s programmes are organised around four mutually reinforcing pillars. Each is designed to address a real development need, generate the revenue needed to sustain itself over time, and strengthen the institutions of the partners we serve.

01
Pillar One

Regenerative Healthcare

Integrated medical and wellness programmes addressing non-communicable diseases, healthy aging, and auto-immune conditions. Designed to retain healthcare spend in-region, build clinical capacity locally, and expand access for the communities we serve.

02
Pillar Two

Prosperity Homes

A vertically integrated approach to climate-resilient housing — combining quality home delivery, accessible home finance, and reliable supply-chain economics. The goal is durable, intergenerational wealth formation through ownership, not subsidy.

03
Pillar Three

Renewable Energy

Geothermal generation, geothermal-wind hybrid platforms, and district cooling systems — addressing the structural energy and cooling challenge across small-island and tropical economies with reliable, lower-cost, lower-carbon infrastructure.

04
Pillar Four

Sovereign Partnerships

The connective tissue across the platform — supporting government-to-government dialogue, technical exchange, and institutional cooperation that allows the other pillars to operate with the legitimacy and longevity they require.

Our Approach

How we work

A few principles guide everything SPCGF does. They’re not aspirational — they’re operating constraints. Programmes that cannot demonstrate them are not approved.

Built to last

Every programme is designed to generate the revenue it needs to sustain itself over time — so impact continues long after the initial catalytic capital has done its job.

Local first

We strengthen local institutions rather than displace them. Local hiring, capacity transfer, and partnership with national development banks and universities are non-negotiable.

Measured honestly

We measure impact with the rigour we apply to financial reporting. Outputs and outcomes are reported separately, baseline studies are used wherever feasible, and aggregate results are published.

Independently governed

Each entity is governed by its own board with independent oversight, regular external audit, and a transparent compliance framework. Independence is structural, not aspirational.

Sovereign-aligned

We work with sovereign partners and regional institutions — in their priorities, on their timelines, and in service of the development plans their citizens have endorsed.

Replicable

The approach is open by design. Standards, frameworks, and lessons are shared so others can build similar institutions across other corridors and contexts.

Where We Are

Honest about our stage

Foundations earn trust by being honest about where they are. Here’s where SPCGF stands today.
